Henan Kaihua Energy Co., Ltd., established in March 2017, primarily engages in the technological development, promotion, and service of wind turbines and wind farms; maintenance, upkeep, installation, and commissioning of wind power equipment; sales of wind turbines and their accessories; recycling and reuse of wind blade equipment (blades); research and development and application of nanomaterials; manufacturing of general-purpose equipment (including series brake production); sales of electrical and electromechanical equipment; sales of hydraulic power machinery and components; engineering technology research and application; and general mechanical equipment installation services.
The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with office, R&D, and production facilities occupying 22,000 square meters. It currently employs 85 staff members, including 8 technical R&D personnel, 28 operations and maintenance technicians, and 25 production technicians. The company is equipped with 36 pieces of machining equipment and possesses a variety of testing devices, such as flaw detectors and pressure-holding test benches. The company has a comprehensive quality assurance system and has obtained certifications for the ISO9001 quality management system, the environmental management system, and the occupational health and safety management system.
Currently, the company has completed technical upgrades on over thousands of wind turbine yaw systems and has performed on-site repairs and replacements of more than 20,000 wind turbine brakes. It is a qualified supplier of brake products for the mainframe production plants of Xuji Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. The company also maintains close collaboration with leading wind turbine mainframe manufacturers such as Goldwind Operation & Maintenance and Shanghai Electric, jointly engaging in research, development, and application of wind turbine technologies and equipment, as well as in wind power operation and maintenance and technological upgrade and renovation. The company has provided products and technical services for numerous projects to power generation groups including Datang Group, China Huadian Corporation, China General Nuclear Power Group, and State Energy Group. Meanwhile, the company has established a deep partnership with Datang Group, listing all its products on the group’s e-commerce platform to fully meet users’ demand for high-quality products.
