2025
In 2025, the company completed the renovation project of the production laboratory building, promoting standardized and normalized production operations across all production workshops. Simultaneously, the international trade segment was officially launched, initiating the international business layout. In the field of technology research and development, significant achievements were made, successfully obtaining patent certification for an anti-drop yaw brake. Furthermore, in-depth technical collaborations were established with Zhengzhou University of Light Industry and Fujian Energy and Petrochemical Innovation Research Institute, focusing on cutting-edge areas such as pitch bolt inspection, blade recycling, and in-line machine inspection of blades. These collaborations aimed to develop new technologies and projects, injecting innovative momentum into the company's high-quality development.
2024
In 2024, the company focused on technological innovation related to wind power equipment and successfully obtained a total of 11 patent certifications, including patents for the yaw brake sealing structure of wind turbine units, auxiliary tools for yaw brake maintenance in wind power systems, and yaw friction plate cleaning devices. The company’s production and experimental building has smoothly completed all construction phases and passed acceptance inspection, and the landscaping project at the plant site has been fully concluded. Meanwhile, the company officially launched industry-academia-research cooperation with the School of Chemical Engineering at Henan University of Science and Technology, jointly establishing a postgraduate internship and practice base, thus laying a solid foundation for technology R&D and talent cultivation.
2023
In 2023, as the company’s business rapidly expanded, the new project “New Energy Technology Research and Development” under Kaihua Energy was successfully included in the ninth batch of “Three Batches” construction projects at the provincial level. That same year, the main construction of the factory building was completed, and construction of the enterprise’s production and experimental building was simultaneously launched. At the same time, the company formally established strategic technology partnerships with Beijing University of Science and Technology and the Shanxi Institute of Science and Technology of Jinneng Holding.
2022
In 2022, the company focused on R&D of core technologies and successfully obtained patent certifications for three innovations, including a new hydraulic support for hydraulic brakes. Meanwhile, the company steadily advanced its market expansion efforts, successfully completing several key projects, such as fulfilling the technical agreement for the XW3.X yaw brake at Xuchang Xujie Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd., upgrading the flexible yaw system for Hunan Xiangdian Engineering Co., Ltd., and retrofitting the yaw brake at Shanxi Huadian Guangling Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. Also in the same year, the company was recognized as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise, thanks to its outstanding technological innovation capabilities and industrial value. These achievements mark the company’s official entry into a new journey of industrial upgrading—from traditional manufacturing toward software development, high intelligence, and high value-added services—in core business areas such as soft-start yaw systems and yaw system upgrades.
2021
In 2021, the company focused on tackling core technologies in wind turbine brakes and successfully obtained patent certifications for three innovations: a conveniently installable brake for wind turbines, a tribological performance monitoring and early-warning system for disc brakes, and specialized tooling for welding, gear repair, and grinding of wind turbine components. The company also completed trademark registration for its own brand, “Qian Gu,” thus laying the foundation for branded development. Relying on its superior product quality and strong technological capabilities, the company has actively expanded high-quality cooperative partnerships, establishing collaborations with well-known domestic equipment manufacturers and service providers such as Shanghai Electric Group and Goldwind Science & Technology, and jointly promoting the collaborative development and implementation of multiple projects.
2020
In 2020, the company took as its entry point the integration of high-quality products and services with differentiated customer needs. It quickly and efficiently addressed the challenging yaw system issues prevalent in wind farms under power groups such as Datang and Huadian, earning widespread acclaim. That same year, the company also became a qualified supplier for Xuchang Xujie Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd., playing a key role in providing components for wind turbine mainframes. To strengthen technological R&D and talent development, the company reached a consensus on industry-academia-research cooperation with the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation at Henan University of Science and Technology, jointly establishing a graduate internship base to achieve complementary resource utilization and synergistic development between the university and the enterprise.
2019
In 2019, to strengthen the production capacity of our core products and lay a solid foundation for technological R&D, Kaihua Energy initiated a special project to build an independent production line for yaw brakes, and simultaneously established a dedicated laboratory and R&D center. At the same time, we assembled teams covering finance, production, technological R&D, and sales, thereby creating an outstanding organizational structure for Kaihua Energy. We have built an integrated “production-R&D-sales” operational system, led by the seasoned professional Wang Zixiang and his team—a service-oriented enterprise that adheres to high standards, delivers high-quality products, prioritizes safety, and remains firmly customer-centric.
2018
In 2018, thanks to relevant investment promotion policies and upon invitation by the Jiaozuo Municipal People's Government, the company officially established its presence in the urban area of Jiaozuo.
2017
In 2017, Henan Kaihua Energy Co., Ltd. was officially established.
