Job requirements: 1. Familiar with and proficient in the entire procurement process, well-versed in methodologies such as supply chain management, supplier management, and cost analysis. Understands relevant laws and regulations including the Contract Law and the Tendering and Bidding Law, and capable of reviewing standard procurement contracts. 2. Proficient in using ERP systems for procurement operations and data analysis. Highly skilled in Office software, especially Excel (for data organization, cost analysis, and report generation). 3. Possesses cost awareness and data analysis skills, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, excellent problem-solving and stress-management abilities, and keen market insight.
