Operations and Maintenance Services
01
Resolve the brake oil leakage issue.
Due to differences in the operating environment of wind turbines, aging of brake seals and oil contamination can cause brake oil leakage, which affects the safe operation of the unit. Our company’s specialized team can perform repairs on-site at the wind turbine.
02
Address the yaw noise issue.
There are multiple causes of abnormal noises and vibrations in fan yawing. Our company can conduct a comprehensive analysis based on the specific situation and develop targeted solutions. After implementation, these solutions can effectively address issues such as abnormal noises and vibrations during yawing.
03
Brake disc repair
Various factors, such as brake malfunctions, hydraulic system failures, and failure to replace friction materials in a timely manner, can all lead to deformation and wear of brake discs. If these issues are not addressed promptly, they can cause rapid wear of newly installed friction pads, resulting in problems like vibration and abnormal noises in the fan. Our company uses specialized tools to repair brake discs, enabling them to quickly regain their normal performance.

Yaw gear repair
Unstable wind conditions, insufficient yaw braking force, and improper coordination between the yaw motor and the braking system can all lead to fatigue-induced fracture of the yaw gear teeth. Our company’s specialized team uses advanced technical expertise to repair the broken teeth on-site, enabling the wind turbine to quickly resume operation.

05
Waste oil cleaning and collection
Leakage of waste lubricant from yaw bearing seals, lubricant dripping onto the brake disc from the space between the yaw ring gear and the drive gear, and oil leaks from the brakes can all lead to phenomena such as yaw brake vibration, unusual noises, insufficient braking force, and wind turbine slippage. Based on different turbine models, our company has designed and installed waste oil cleaning and collection devices that effectively address these issues.
06
Add yaw soft start
The flexible, self-learning yaw system driven by a frequency converter represents an effective technological upgrade to the original yaw system. Its purpose is to achieve soft start and soft stop for the yaw system, ensuring smooth turbine operation and reducing damage to the yaw large gear and gearbox caused by vibrations and mechanical shocks, thereby lowering maintenance costs. This upgrade also enhances the availability and power generation of the wind turbine unit, ultimately improving the quality and efficiency of the wind farm.
