Application

The ZSDB series hydraulic disc brakes are primarily used for emergency braking of the high-speed shaft in wind turbine generators. They are also employed as deceleration or parking brakes in a variety of mechanical drive systems across industries such as lifting and conveying, port loading and unloading, cable handling, and sling equipment.

Main features

It features a floating installation design, high-performance friction materials, excellent temperature resistance (up to 600℃), and stable friction performance.

Adopting a normally open design, the hydraulic station drives the brake, ensuring rapid operation.

The braking gap is small, the response time is short, and braking is swift.

Simple structure, easy to install and maintain.

Terms of Use

(1) Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +50℃.

(2) Brake disc thickness: 15mm–45mm.

(3) Maximum allowable diameter of the coupling: 300 mm.

(4) Working pressure: 10 bar ~ 125 bar.

(5) Minimum brake disc diameter ≥ 500 mm.
