The friction pads for spindle disc brakes supplied by our company are made from copper-based powder metallurgy materials, with a coefficient of friction of at least 0.4 μ. The wear rate is no greater than 3×10⁻⁷ cm³/N·m. The operating temperature range is from -40℃ to +700℃, with a maximum instantaneous temperature resistance of 900℃. The compressive strength is at least 45 MPa; the shear strength between the friction material and the backing plate is at least 3.5 MPa; the internal shear strength is ≥10 MPa. The maximum bearing pressure under dynamic conditions is 5 MPa. The sliding speed is less than 45 m/s. The density ranges from 4.2 to 5.3 g/cm³, and the surface hardness is between 15 HRL and 45 HRL.
